It's a family health membership that lets you talk to a doctor from your phone, 24 hours a day. You sign up, download the app, choose how you'd like to talk to the doctor, and within minutes you receive medical guidance, recommendations and, when appropriate, a prescription.

No. It's a membership program that gives you access to health services and discounts through participating providers. It complements your insurance; it does not replace it.

No. It can be used with or without insurance.

Yes. It can be used alongside Medicare, ACA Marketplace coverage, or private insurance.

Yes. Once enrollment is complete and payment is processed, you can access services based on provider activation.

2 · How to use it

You sign up online or by phone, download the app, log in, choose a video or voice call, and connect with a doctor within minutes.

Download it from the App Store or Google Play, log in, go to the telehealth section, select the type of visit, and wait to connect with a licensed provider. The app also gives you access to pharmacy, labs, and your other benefits.

Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for non-emergency conditions, subject to availability.

Non-emergency visits: flu, minor infections, allergies, digestive issues, headaches, skin conditions, follow-up on chronic conditions, and general guidance. If the provider determines you need in-person care, they will let you know.

Yes. It includes members of your own household, including parents, children under 26, and relatives living at the same residence.

Yes, when the provider determines it's clinically appropriate. It depends on medical judgment and applicable regulations.

Savings vary by service and provider. Many members use Extra Health to reduce spending on medications, labs, and unnecessary visits. Pharmacy discounts go up to 55%.

4 · Membership, payments & cancellation

When you enroll, you authorize recurring monthly charges to the payment method you provide, until you request cancellation.

Access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Yes, at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of enrollment, you may be eligible for a refund of the fees paid, minus the enrollment fee, unless applicable law states otherwise. After 30 days, the membership stays active through the end of the current cycle with no further charges. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least five business days in advance.

Extra Health is not an emergency service. Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

No. The program is not available in Alaska, Montana, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, or Washington.

Independent, licensed healthcare professionals. Extra Health does not provide medical services, does not employ doctors for clinical purposes, and does not control medical decisions.

No. No results, diagnoses, treatments, provider availability, or specific savings levels are guaranteed.

Yes. Access depends on internet connectivity and external systems.
